Privacy policy
This website holds very little about you. There are no accounts, no card details and no order records on this domain, because checkout happens on the seller’s own site. What remains is a server log, any email you send us, and web fonts loaded from a third-party font service.

Scope
What this policy covers, and what it does not
This policy covers gogoldennerves.com, the website you are reading. It does not cover the seller’s checkout, which is a different company on a different domain.
Gogoldennerves is the U.S. stocking partner for Golden Nerves. We publish product information, we hold stock, and we pass orders to the Golden Nerves order desk. The practical consequence for your privacy is a good one: the website you are reading now does not take orders, does not hold accounts and never sees a card number.
When you click a buy link here you leave this domain for the seller’s own checkout. From that click onward their privacy policy governs what happens, not this one. We have no access to their systems and cannot answer questions about their records, which is why every request about an order goes to the order desk rather than to us.
Server logs
What this website records automatically
Every web server keeps a log. Here is what ours contains and how long it lasts.
When a page here is requested, the server records the request. A log line typically holds the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response code, the referring page if your browser sent one, and the browser and operating system string your browser announces. This is ordinary web server behaviour and it happens whether or not you interact with anything.
We use those logs for three things: keeping the site up, diagnosing errors such as a broken image or a page that will not load, and defending against abusive traffic. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.
Logs are kept for a limited operating period and then discarded in the ordinary course of maintenance. We do not publish a precise retention figure we cannot guarantee across a hosting change, and we will not invent one here. If you need to know whether a specific visit is still in a log, write to the website desk (address in the site footer) and ask.
Accounts and payments

This site sets no advertising cookie, runs no cross-site tracking pixel and joins no advertising network. Pages here load a stylesheet and a small script from this domain, and web fonts from Google’s font service, which is named in the source of every page and is the only third party your browser contacts while reading us.
Your browser may store small amounts of data of its own accord, for example to remember that you dismissed something or to cache a file so the next page loads faster. That storage sits in your browser and is not transmitted to us. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
If an analytics tool is ever added to this site, this page will name it, say what it collects and carry the date it was added, before it runs. We would rather publish a short honest paragraph than a long one describing tools we do not use.

A separate operation, reachable by phone on the number in the site footer. It holds the order records. We pass orders to it and it answers on them.
The seller’s checkout and payment processor
A different company on a different domain, governed by their own policy from the moment you click a buy link.
Your rights
What you can ask for, and how to ask
We describe these in the style of the California Consumer Privacy Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not claim certification under either, because no such certification exists to claim.
You may ask what this website holds about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may ask us not to use correspondence you sent for anything beyond answering it. Since this site holds no account and no order record, the honest answer to most such requests will be that the only thing we hold is a server log entry and, if you wrote to us, your email.
Write to the website desk (address in the site footer) with the request in plain words. We will answer within a reasonable period, and we will tell you if the information you want sits with the order desk instead, which is the most common outcome. We will not ask you for more identifying information than is needed to answer, and we will never ask for a payment detail.
Requests about an order, a parcel, a refund or a returned bottle go to the order desk. Those records were never on this domain, and no request to us can reach them.

Children. This site is written for adults 18 and over and the product it describes is sold to adults. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from them, and there is no account for a child to create. If you believe a child has sent us correspondence, write to the website desk (address in the site footer) and we will delete it.
Changes. This page carries the date it was last reviewed, currently September 30, 2026. When it changes materially the date changes with it. We will not backdate an edit, and where a change affects what is collected rather than how it is described, the new practice does not start before the page says so.
Contact. The website desk, listed in the site footer, answers Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, for anything about these pages, a typo, a privacy request or the press. The order desk, also in the site footer, is for anything with an order number attached.
